Mostly enterprises and scale-ups, companies with real production systems and real consequences when things go wrong. We occasionally take on early-stage projects when the technical challenge is interesting and the team is serious.
Most of our work is long-term: a dedicated team embedded in your product for 6 to 24 or more months. We also do fixed-scope projects, a platform rebuild, a migration, a new product, where the outcome is clearly defined. We do not do time-and-materials with no ownership.
Yes, and it is often our best work. We integrate into your codebase, your processes, your Slack. We are not a black-box vendor, we work alongside your engineers and raise the quality bar together
.NET and React are our core stack. We also work extensively in React Native for mobile, and have deep experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and legacy system modernisation. We choose proven tools, not whatever is trending.
Depends on scope. A small team can often start within 2 to 3 weeks. Larger engagements need a discovery phase first, usually 2 to 4 weeks, so we understand the system before we touch it.
We are based in Tirana, Albania, with full timezone overlap with Western and Central Europe (CET / CEST), and a four-hour working overlap with the US East Coast. Most engagements are remote-first, with standups, code reviews, and demos happening in real time. We have shipped for clients across four continents and the working day rarely gets in the way.
